Code U1160 help!

Code U1160 help!

My car wouldn't start this morning. So i went to the DIC pull the code out, it was U1160. I used my car last night, it was fine. I did a little research about it, it is the BCM worn out. I think that might be the problem. I repaint my car last year. They didn't do a good job putting it back together. the driver's door always make noise. Later on the signal lights worn out, i didn't even bother to fix those. Then my A/C control head, i thought it was just the poor design. It's a 10 years old vette, so problems are expected. until this morning, all of them can be related to BCM. what is my options now? it won't start. I tried for like 30 min.

there is no sound. the engine doesn't start. That's what i did pull out the code. but i forgot which category it was under... I panicked. and it's not showing anymore, the only code show again is C0584, it's the suspension, i don't see how it's related, i have been driving with that code fine. but the engine still no sound when i try to turn the key. There is no more other codes.

it still won't start. after i try to start it. the DIC shows Beak before shift. i guess the fuel is injected. I can hear the crank now, my parking lot was very noisy when i tried just now. But its not spark. i check my key pellet, it seems fine. I will bring it to the dealer when i got the time. just want to know what is going on, and i kind of need it tomorrow. And I want to know how much I need to pay for the repair.

I don't have voltage meter. but appears on DIC, the voltage is 11.9 right now. was 13 first time i tried.

it's not the battery connection, i have check the wire and recharged the battery. everything seems fine. i got the video here, of when i try to start the car. there is no column lock sound.
