Default Tick Master questions

hey all
This questions is for all those who have swapped out or are driving with a tick master

on the tick master the arm/rod looks shorter then the oem arm/rod
is this true?
and i would like to know if the tick changed anything in the way the pedal feels and engages?
I have heard from some that the tick makes the pedal engage closer to the floor. others I have heard the tick actually causes the pedal to move closer to the front of the car. I have heard also that the pedal becomes heavy and takes alot more force to move it

I would like to try to find all this out before I get into one.

Basically, what I am looking for is a stock feel and setup at least, just better performance in the shifting.
any of the above items make me reconsider this

please let me what you experienced after install and driving

I think you are looking for a 2004 z06 cylinder then.

The tick isnt as brutal as you may think but it is also nothing like stock. Let up is not smooth in traffic. It releases the clutch and engages quickly. I have to concentrate more than I would like actually.

The cable clutch in my mustang was easier and stock c5 grabs slower.

Did the tick do anything to the position of the clutch in the cockpit or where it actually engaged?

I can manipulate the way it releases, but I am curious if it engages close to the start of the pedal? Or if it makes the pedal change positions under the dash to where it wouldnt be further to the front of the car?

also what advantage does the 2004 z06 master have?
will it get rid of the gummy clutch also?

Doesn't change where it engages, but it changes where the pedal sits. My clutch pedal sits about an inch or two lower than the brake pedal. Seemed odd at first but I got use to it after a day or two. On my stock Z06 clutch, the pedal effort was slightly higher, but engagement was about the same.
