Default Where do I get voltage for DRL lights

We're trying to hook up LED DRLs on a C5 Corvette. Ideally When the car is turned on they are illuminated and go out when the car is turned off.

Where would be the proper place to connect the positive side of the lights on the C5? Do we splice into wires, etc.?

Thanks

I tapped mine into the corner lights for my led strips. You can do the turn signal also if you want them on all the time or run a seperate switch to the cabin.

On the C5 I'm doing the mods to the front corner side lights are off when the care is running. Maybe the bulbs are burnt out. Are they supposed to be on?

I did the same. I just turn the switch to the parking light setting to get this:

I'm still trying to get the answer. Do the front corner lights on the C5 stay on when the car is running?

Check fuse #11 in the underhood fuse panel by the battery. I pulled mine to disable the DRLs as I personally don't like them... maybe the PO pulled this fuse also...

I'll go back to my original question:
Where do I pick up voltage for the LED DRLs, the front side corner lights or the front amber DRLs? We tried to tie into the BLU/WHT to the front DRLs but it was impossible to get to short of taking the front bumper off. We noticed the front 'corner' wires were easier to get to but they were not on when the car was running.

Ideally I would NOT like to connect them to the current amber DRLs because of its hard to get at and they'll blink when the turn signal is on. I would like to start the car and the LED DRLs come on but so far nobody seems to know where to connect the positive side of the LEDs for this. We have the shop manuals. There must be a schematic that shows when you turn the car on by the key a voltage is produced. What wire is that so we can splice into it? Can anyone point me to a shop manual schematic?

I see what your saying you want them on all the time with the drl's. The corner will only turn on when you turn the switch on inside teh cabin. I thought someone posted a schematic in your other thread?
