EU Tire Pressure Sensors

Are tire pressure sensors for European delivered cars using another frequency? I bought a set of 4 from Corvette Central but they don't seem to work on my car...

Yep, I ordered them for the 1999 model. I fear they use a different frequency in Europe...

Did you train the sensors to the car when you got them??

If not they will not be recognised by the system.

Training doesn't pick up the sensors. That is where I got suspicious...

The European version and the US version do use different frequencies

pwo is correct. The AC Delco part number for export tire pressure sensors is 20807214.

Hi CC,

Thanks for your offer. My problem is that when I return them I have no air in my tires (and I drive the car each day). I need 4 correct once for Europe first before I can return the US sensors I currently have...

I'll send you a separate note to figure out a solution... Thanks again for your excellent service (as always)!!!

Can I change a US version TPM system to an EU?

I have a US 1999 C5 that I want to export to Germany. The question is how can I change the system to the EU version with 433 mhz. What parts do I need and where do I get those?
