Rear deck won't latch.
2001 z06, I've searched and searched and this may be a dumb question, but this has been an intermittent problem for awhile and just got home from playing golf with a buddy, go to remove the clubs and bag out the trunk and it won't latch back down.
Tried it with the button removed from the dash, tried closing it down with a door open thinking it may be a pressure issue or something. Idk i was trying anything to get it latch down. I made sure the emergency release cable wasn't being pulled and its free and clear.
The trunk will open with the fob or the button on the dash perfectly fine, but it will not lock back down.
Anyone have any ideas? Its about to rain again so i kind of need to get this thing latched back down lol.
