On the way home from the airport last night, I encountered this message three times. Each time I checked the tire pressure on the DIC, and stopped to physically check the tire with a tire gauge. The tire is holding at 36lbs. with no variation. As a reference, it is occuring on my '98, and I am running 18"chrome ZO6's, with MXX3 non-runflat tires. I have had this combo fo about 9 months with no problems. Any ideas?????
Re: Need Help.....DIC Says RF Tire Is Flat (NEED FOR SPEED)
Is the relearn proceedure posted somewhere? I have a 98 with stock chromes and under 6k miles, tire pressure is real slow coming up on dash or 1 does and 1 doesn't for a while. Or is it in the (seldom read) owner's manual?

Is it slow to come up while your are in motion? This is a transducer so it won't read until you hit a certain speed.
Re: Need Help.....DIC Says RF Tire Is Flat (G Man)
My 98 coupe does exactly the same thing but it is the LR tire instead. I am also getting the service tire monitoring system warning. I posted a letter on this site with the same concerns as you and everyone says i should try the tire relearning thing first. As soon as i find a big magnet i will try it. I have found this procedure on the net under this link--- http://www.rivercitiescorvetteclub.com It is located under the C5 performance tips topic. Check it out
