CD Changer Won't Play
I disconnected the battery to check something then later reconnected. Tried to play a CD and the CD Changer did not start. The radio works fine. I think the dealership that did my column lock had the same problem after they disconnected the battery. Before I call or bring it back to the dealership, is there a method to get the CD changer to work after disconnecting the battery? I have a 1999 Coupe, A4.

with the ignition off, load the cartridge of discs and let the changer cycle through until it is quiet - then turn the car on. Sometimes that changer gets confused and this often helps.

Got it working again. Just opened the door and had the CDs cycle themselves again. Turned the radio on and switched to TapeAux and got my tunes to play. Thanks again the help and info on the forum.
