NOT getting any TPS Voltage

NOT getting any TPS Voltage
hi
i noticed when i was scanning my vette the TPS V is always zero it wasn´t like that before, i just did a auto swappe last year and i haven´t seen that v since. can´r understand how that should affect the V
and now i was gona try the car out on the spray and the car will not hitt it , the controller i´m using needs TPS V to activate.
any good advise or anybody know what could be the problem?
where does the TPS v get´s it´s ground from
