C5 headlight is dying!

HOUSTON... Where is the best place to get the pieces? rubbers? whatever they are called to fix that problem? Where can I get this fixed at? shop? ... besides Richey's? I'm in Clear Lake

If its not raising and lowering properly, Rodney Dickman makes brass gears to replace the plastic ones. I have one in my driver's side headlight (passenger one hasn't died yet) and it works great.

Yes, it's starting to fall down which basically makes me think the gear is worned out and needs to be replaced.
Do I just search Rodney Dickman? I'm in Houston so i hope he is too?
