exhaust supports
the bracket that holds the tail pipe up at the very back of my C5 on the drivers side has fallen off there are 2 threaded studs still there that the bracket mounts to does anyone know what size nuts go on these threads and where is the best place to get a new bracket

I don't know, maybe take one of the nuts off the other exhaust hanger, and take to a mom n pop good hardware store. Look on craigslist for someone selling parts off a wrecked C5. maybe they do not cost much new.
I'm wondering how the nuts came off in the first place, someone must have taken it apart and not tightened them properly?

I just did a google search for 1997-2004 Corvette exhaust hanger, then hit images, there are 3 that came up quick, the cheapest I saw was $36.00 new.
