Default I dont get what happend

A lot of you know that I had a problem with the engine running rough in the morning. Well here is what I did over the weekend. I replaced the Radiator because it was cracked, intake manifold gasket, oil pressure sensor, Oil change, and serpentine belt. I used Royal Purple 5w30 well the tapping went away the next morning. That is the thing I don't understand. The engine runs smooth but I still hear a little squeaking from the harmonic balancer.

Check your pulley alignment. The balancer may be starting to delaminate, and the outer ring is moving either forward, toward the steering rack, or back, toward the engine's timing cover.

Probably sealed a vacuum leak with the new manifold gasket.

you spill any coolant, oil or grime on the belt or pulleys? squealing is often either a failing tensioner or oil/coolant on the belt/pulley
