Default Quick Header Install Questions...

After doing some extensive searching, I want to confirm the following:

I will be installing Offroad LG Pro Headers, and as I understand, I need to transfer REAR 02 sensors up front into the header collector. The car has 150k miles so I want to replace the sensors and I want to make sure this is what I need to complete me install:

- (2) Bosch 13111 Rear 02 Sensors
- (2) Flat pin to Square pin adapters
- (2) GM Header Gaskets

From what I understand, the rear 02 sensors are long enough to plug into the header collector without extensions, so all I need are the adapters.

-I then plug the front 02 connectors with the Adapters + Rear 02's sensors which go into the header collector
-I plug the rear 02 connectors with simulators
-I block off the rear 02 bungs in the X-Pipe with bolts. Can someone tell me the size of the bolt needed?

This look right?

you want to get the ls-1 gaskets if you car is a z06 car, your rears will plug into the front o2 sensor locations via adapters provided in the kit..the rears will be blocked off I just unplugged my rears and once I got it tuned it was not did not throw any codes, I would deft plan on getting a tune either mail order or dyno tune to take advantage of the headers !

Chances are your LG headers do not have rear O2 bungs, especially since they are off-road (no cat) designated. My Texas Speed no cat system only came with front bungs, so you do not need to cap anything.

I don't necessarily think you will need to buy anything with the LG kit other than the header gasket, it should come with necessary extension/conversion harnesses for the O2s. My TSP set came with extensions for the fronts.

I should have mentioned that I bought the set used. So all I am getting are the pipes and headers. The X does have provisions for 02 sensors along with the header collector.
