Glass Top Delamination
My baby is showing signs of age 
I just noticed the first start of cracks and delamination on my glass top. The car is a 2001 coup and it lives in the garage when I'm not driving it. Is there anything I can do to prevent or slow this process of deterioration?

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for but this shows you how to refinish it which I'd imagine would definitely slow the process. Or maybe keep your eye on the local Craigslist ads and see if you can find another one, I'm (hopefully) picking one up this weekend for $275 that according to the guy has no defects.
