Door Lock inop. question

Door Lock inop. question
2002 Vert. Both doors UNLOCK with either the door button or the fob. Both doors will not LOCK with either the door button or the fob. I do hear a click... but nothing happens.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how long it's been this way.... because I normally don't check the doors after pushing the lock button on the fob. (that will change!) I found out yesterday because I grabbed the outside door handle (thinking it was unlocked) and the door opened (and the horn/lights alarm went off).
I've checked the accordion connection, fuses, and codes:
LDCM: B2282H B2284H U1064H
RDCM: B2283H B2285H U1064H
Is it time to pull the door panels and check out the actuator?
