I probably khow the answer, but thought I would check with you guys. Passenger window just makes a clicking noise when the butttons are pushed and window wont move. It does move once in a while, but now it wont again. Is the motor the most likely culprit? Thats my guess. I checked connectors in the accordian tube. Anything else to check before I tear it apart. Thanks

replace the regulator and motor. The bushing in the motor wear out. Sure you can clean it up and it may work for a short time if you need to post pone the purchase. www.rockauto.com
I took off the door panel and hit the area around the motor with a rubber hammer while holding down the window down button, and presto, it works. i just make sure to roll the window down every once in a while, and it hasn't happened again.
I have replaced one motor and repaired my OEM motor at least six times. Last weekend repaired my aftermarket motor for the first time. Every time it has been the brushes sticking. They seem to wear unevenly and eventually stick. Same thing as the OP, I can tap on the motor and it will work for a while, then will stick again. The motor can be unscrewed by loosening four screws holding it to the regulator without removing the regulator. You can then thread the motor and shaft out of the regulator. Pulling the plastic brush holding assembly you will see the brushes. A round chain saw file or small ignition file can clean the carbon brushes up. Be sure to mark the top/bottom of motor housing when you remove it.
