Default Low RPM Engine Squeal

I have been experiencing a low RPM engine squeal around 1000K to 2000K RPM's and have eliminated my pulleys and belts since I removed them and ran my motor and the noise was still there. It comes and goes but will start after a few minutes of driving. Noise didn't change when I stepped on the clutch either thinking that it may be my throw-out bearing. It is a modded H&C motor so any suggestions as to what I should possibly be looking for would be very much appreciated. All gauges are normal and the car runs the nuts so I'm just not sure what mechanically is the issue. I'm all ears...

Had it up on a lift today to discover that the noise is coming from the clutch assembly area. What is most strange is that I get the noise driving at very slow speeds and also in neutral idling. Never came across something like this before as why it is not affected by depressing the clutch pedal is beyond me. I think I have to now decide where I'm going to bring it for surgery... This blows...

Did you have a stethoscope on it? Is it louder from the engine or torque tube? Can you post a sound clip? The fact that depressing the clutch makes no change makes me think it's an engine bearing getting ready to spin.

The noise is coming from the bell housing... If it was a engine bearing it would be a constant squeal and not something just between the 1K to 2K rpm. 23K on the vehicle so that is probably not the case. The pilot bearing seems to be the most logical evaluation...
