scratches in sunroof

I have some scratches on the inside (bottom) of the sun roof, just wondering if anyone knows how to safely remove them.

You're sure they are actually scratches? You get what looks like deep scratches just from driving them that's actually inside the glass due to flex in the top.

I would bet that the inside should work like the outside, though you might have to pull it out of the frame. Not sure it's worth it if that's the case.
