when I shop for fixed headlights, the sellers don,t have directions to install them. they tell you to get profesional installers, why are they that hard to install?

I would think that you remove the whole existing head light assembly to include the motor, frame, mechanical down to/at the bottom of headlight well. A couple bolts each side. You can feel or see them.
First put headlights up, remove top cover (#10 torx), disconnect lighting harness, remove connectors to bulbs. remove bolts (10mm, I think) at bottom of well. remove assembly. Make sure you keep that whole assembly in place/together. maybe not this exact order.
Then see how the new units sit in the hole and how flush they are with body. Check out new mounting brackets (I assume they come with kit). Bolt them in, see the fit and trim if need. Hook everything back up a second time. Done. If it don't work out put old stuff back in. Take pictures (cell phone) of everything you take apart along the way. Refer to if you get into trouble. If successful, post your pics and work here.
Check out Ultimate DIY sticky on Tech Section front page. Read over post 22 for good directions to remove existing lighting assembly. That should give overview of haft the work and get you started.
