Default Help! What is this?
Found this rattling on the back of my vette. mounted on the drivers side of the transmission. Barely held in by one bolt. the other was missing.

Its a vibration damper. Its attached to the differential. I suggest leaving it on. Bolt it back down snug.

Okay thanks! I'm gonna pick up another bolt after work. any ideas what size i need? i have the one. but i know sometimes they use different lengths. if you dont know, ill just buy the same size and hope i get lucky
