Default 1997 Ignition Switch connectors with descriptions

I have looked through my Service Manuals 1 and 3 (do not have book 2) and cant find the two ignition switch connectors with wire descriptions. Found many connectors but not these. Too many pages probably overlooked. Does anyone know where the connectors with wire color and descriptions can be found?

I have a '98 and they should be the same. There are two large Red wires, each feeds the switch from large size 60 amp fuses. There is a large Pink wire for ignition start. A large Brown wire for accessories. A large Yellow/White wire for start. A large Orange wire for ignition run. A small Tan wire for normally closed key in/out reader switch. A small Green/Black wire for normally open key in/out reader switch. A small Black wire for common key in/out reader switch. The key in/out reader switch is a SPDT switch that isn't connected to the power wires, it only tells the computer if the key is in or out. The large black connector holds the Red #6, Pink #5, Brown #4, Black #8, and Tan #9 wires. The large white connector holds the Red #1, Yellow/White #2, Orange #3, and Green/Black #7 wires. The numbers are the positions in the connectors. There are two very small external wires for the key resistor reader, I think they are White.

Great information, I will draw schematic, reads like you know something about wiring. My project has many wiring issues; may I ask 2 related questions? Where is the Theft Deterrent Relay located? And any ideas why the Mini fuse #17 in the Under Hood Elect Ctr is not HOT no mater what position the key is in.
I hope you don’t mind the questions, your help is very much appreciated.
