Idle is reving by itself ???????
My idle has just started reving to about 800 rpms by itself . When I come to a complete stop the motor will pulse sometimes , reving up and down . Really pissing me off :mad Any clues guys . Thanks Oh and I am showing no codes in the computer

My car holds a very high idle ~1000rpm till it warms up. Didn't do that when it was new. No codes, no recent mods, been doing it for about a year.
AutoTap'd it and the computer is commanding a 750 rpm idle.
It also seems to hold an rpm (or slightly increase) when driving and the clutch is depressed / throttle closed. Its almost like the throttle is sticking or slow to react.
I'm going to give it a good cleaning this weekend and see if that clears it up, otherwise I'll have to do the scary thing and leave it with the dealer :-(

Mine has been doing this too for a while.. Didn't do it when new. PLEASE let us know what you find out!! Mine is totally stock, no mods. Only does it cold, and only as the car is moving, when you stop, it slowly comes down.
