VES Actuator Location - TCS 1241

VES Actuator Location - TCS 1241
Hey folks,
In the service manual section for diagnosing TCS 1241, they reference the VES actuator connector. I can't find anywhere in the manual that says where exactly that is or how to access it. There are a couple diagrams, but none that seem to help. I'm sure my lack of knowledge of steering systems doesn't make this any easier. Anyone shed some light on what I'm missing here? Just want to find this connector. Thanks!
Here's the step from the manual:
3
1. Turn OFF the ignition.
2. Disconnect the VES actuator harness connector.
3. Measure the resistance of the VES actuator.
Does the resistance measure within the specified range? 1.6-3.1 ohms Go to Step 4
Go to Step 10
