washer button popped out
Today I was backing into a parking place and my hand hit the wiper switch and the washer button popped out. I found the button and a small spring. My wipers and washers won't shut off. I had to pull the fuse to to shut them off. Can anyone tell me what else goes behind that washer button? Is the washer contacts normally open? why would the washer button cause the wipers to run continuously? thanks

I have read all about the drain udder problem. This is different. I do not have the problem of wipers coming on intermitently. This started when the button popped out. I hope someone out there can lend some insight on my problem. Thanks
