Headlights arn't responding to the headlight switch
Anyone had this problem... :confused:
My headlights on my '99 cpe won't respond to the switch on the mulifunction lever... even after trying it a dozen times. The only way my headlights do come up and turn on is via having the Twilight Sentinal turned on. This is ok for now but I can't turn on my headlights in the daytime.... If the switch has to be replaced, anyone know if this can be done by myself or do I have to go to the dealer...?

i have a 99 coupe and it is the same thing- i assumed it was the way it was supposed to work-auto only. maybe not. just bought this one, previous was 97 with out twilight. what is correct operation? :confused:

If you turn the stalk to put the headlights on...w or w/o twilight sentinal...they should come on...time for service :( :chevy :seeya
