For the benefit of those who have not seen this tip previously:
Have a look at the small diameter coolant hose between the radiator and the surge tank atop the right
fenderwell. It is probably being cut through by the plastic radiator shroud just a couple of inches
from the radiator........... at least it was on my '99 H/T and a few other folks.
I slit an old spark plug wire boot and siliconed it around the area where it was chafing.

I found the same problem 2 years ago when I was swapping out some engine covers... It is good to protect the line of it will cause some coolant leakage down the road!
