Put the car on the dyno yesterday. Here's the results:
Before headers- 323rwhp/344rwtq
After headerss- 348rwhp/365rwtq
100shot N2O- 465rwhp/630rwtq
We had to dial in the A/F ratio's while on the dyno. I was lean at WOT at 14:1 at first. After a few changes on the MAFT, i was at 12.6:1 through much of the RPM range. At this point i need LS1Edit to really dial things in. My A/F changes across the rpm range quite significantly enough to warrant the Edit.
I also did a 100shot hit on my last couple pulls!! It's amazing how much torgue nitrous puts down. a 117rwhp/265rwtq increase over N/A!!! I'm affraid to shoot much more than that on the dyno since i melted 2 plugs doing the dual stage 150shot on the last dyno pulls back in May (see sig)!!
I highly recommend these headers. They're awesome.
excellent results! 25 RWHP is awesome! I assume you toggled down low to net that much of a RWTQ gain? That should be fun down the 1/4 and on the highway. :jester
Just wondering how much of that is because of the headers? You can easily gain 20 HP by dyno tuning alone. The numbers on the nitrous are awesome! A whole lot cheaper than a supercharger or head/cam/intake swap! :reddevil

Great numbers! Wow, 25 RWHP is nothing to sneeze at. Do you have any dyno graphs though? I never dynoed before and after the TPIS headers, but I seem to remember it being in the vicinity of 15RWHP through consensus of all the forum members (I had the TPIS headers put on about 2 years ago, stopped paying attention to headers ever since). I looked at the exhaust runners up to the collector and it looks very similar to the TPIS (which is what I have), only the FLP comes with the rest of the pipes, a high flow cat and a X-Pipe. I'm not sure I want to pay $1600+ if I already have the TPIS. Would it be a fair assessment if I were to say that FLP is comparable to the TPIS headers, with high flow cats and a X-Pipe? I'd love to get that 10RWHP.
Oh also, why would you melt two plugs? Were they one or two ranges colder? Copper? Were you running lean? Melting plugs is serious.
Awesome numbers on and off the bottle. I can't wait until I get LS1 edit so I can get my car dialed in and turn the juice back on. :D Have you treid your clutch at the track yet?
