bubbling sound inside dash

Default bubbling sound inside dash
I have a 2001 vert and been hearing a bubbling sound coming from dash always on start up. Once car is driven noise will come and go. Actually sounds like an old coffee pot perkulating. Anyone experience this or have any idea what it could be?

It might be caused.by water trapped inside the A/C plenum. Has the passenger side floor been wet recently?

no water. bone dry sounds like its coming from drivers side dash
