Buck/Wave/2000
I talked to Mike at Yank today. He confirmed what you say. Go with the
sy3500 with my mods. They will be as follows. Thanks for your input. This is as certain as I can be re: a TC.
heads 2.02/1.55, comp cam 216/220, FLP headers, Z06 exhaust, asp pulley, ported throttle body, cold air, MAF descreened, transgo,
Custom ignition wires, sy3500, 3.42 rear, tuning etc.

It's a deal. Do I get the warranty? Tell me what you want prepaid freight.

Re: Buck/Wave/2000 (Buckmaster)
I'm getting excited. My car is to be delivered mid august. Then one month break-in. I can't wait. What does transgo do that the tuning doesn't? Does Ed Wright take transgo into consideration when he sets shift points and firmness?

Re: Buck/Wave/2000 (Buckmaster)
This is what I think I know about Transgo.
It's a safer way to firm up shifts than just tuning.
It quickens both wot and pt shifts and there is no choice to do one only.
Does it quicken shifts?
Can I firm and quicken part throttle shifts slightly and use tuning to go more at wot?
Did I miss anything?

Just ordered Transgo. sy3500 is next. Anything else you want me to spend money on. Thanks for the info. I know I'll love it.
