I've got a number of projects going on the car right now... so this has the potential to get complicated.
All interior and exterior lights work. Fuses are good. Grounds are good, although I just refreshed the frame grounds in the cockpit.
*IF* I removed the bulb in the dash for the High Beams... you know, the amazingly blindingly bright blue bulb... would that then cause the turn signals not to work?
I did also just wire in some new gauge overlays and did the HUD install, so there could be a number of other reasons for this issue. But seeing as everything else is removed from the turn signal wiring and was done neatly I consider unlikely that the other wiring would cause this.
OH... and the emergency flasher is not plugged in... currently unplugged / removed with the dash as I finalize the HUD install and a few other odds and ends.
