2001 speedway white Z06 A/C won't blow cold air on the drivers side. The passenger side is working fine. I haven't had the car very long and don't have any manuals yet. Can anyone tell me how to get to the vacuum lines so I can start trouble shooting.

That is not a vacuum problem. It is either your actuators or it is low on freon (R134). If it is the actuators it will usually throw a code. Check the codes using this method described in this link. Resetting the actuator codes will sometimes fix the problem at least temporally. If no codes you need to check the ac pressures and probably add little r134. http://www.stengel.net/diccodes.htm
