2000 A&A Supercharged, some codes and questions

2000 A&A Supercharged, some codes and questions
I wasn't getting a whole lot of traffic in the Forced induction section quite yet so I figured I would try here sense it falls under both categories.
2000 6-speed, longtubes, o/r x, stock mufflers, a&a kit with v1, 3.60 pulley, ecs alky kit on straight meth, not mixed.
I noticed the car running weird in boost so I pulled the codes with the DIC. I got 0172 and 0175 indicating bank 1 and 2 rich.
Popped the hood and noticed like every ls1, the hose from the pcv valve into the intake has a decent size hole in it. I will replace it first thing in the morning being it's 1:30 AM where I'm at. Just wondering if this is a good possibility to be the culprit. Now that I think back I use to hold around 22 vacuum at idle, recently its been 18-19 at idle. Don't have a wideband in the car ATM.
A couple more questions while I'm here:
What kind of boost should I see with the 3.60 pulley and other mods I have? I see about 6lbs, meth sprays after 5lbs.
On the controller for the meth, the previous owner told me to turn it onto 5, prime it and its g2g. I know without being the tuner that's probably not the easiest question to answer but any ideas on if that sounds close to accurate with what I have done?
Back to the codes, if I remember right, I had these codes come about in a mustang a couple months ago and the codes description is rich but they're actually a lean condition? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm sure Ford's codes don't correlate with GM's just wondering out of curiosity if that's the case.
