Service Column lock
Ok another thread... I have the message right now and it is locked. I ordered a COH bypass kit. is there anything else i can do? will this fix it completely or is there anything else i can do to rid myself of this message forever.? lol

There is guidance on how to unlock it if it is "stuck" in the locked position. I have the info at home (not home now). If you can't find it PM me and I will send it to you. It just uses your grabbing the wheel and with a few moves you can unlock it.
I recommend the LMC5 since everything you do is in the passenger foot well and you don't have to undo any previous "fixes" They have a good video of how to basically install it, the video is presently only in their eBay ads but they plan to add the video to their website soon.
