Trying to contact Richard at Compliance. Email bouncing and voicemail box full. Anyone have any updated info on this Company? (LMC 5)

I just went to http://www.complianceparts.com/products.html
and ordered the parts. Had it 5 days later.
I never tried to talk to them though.

I had been emailing with Richard throughout the summer because the LMC5 did not completely solve my Pull Key issue and he was going to figure out which of the other two substitutes was right for me...
now all quiet

Hopefully there is an explanation. Hope he's not ill.

I just spoke to him three days ago. Call went right through and a good thing because I was locked and trying to get the car going with their unlocker and LMC5 to get home. Richard was a great help!
