Hissing sound in engine

Hissing sound in engine
I have a 2000 automatic convertible. I have deloped a hissing sound in the engine. I have plugged each vacuum line individually and this is not where the sound is coming from. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, please let me know how you solved it. Thanks for any suggestions.

Many lines under the battery and behind the manifold.

Hissing
While car is at idle and while hearing the hissing remove the oil filler cap and see if it goes away. If it does replace the oil filler cap with a vented one. Just went thru this with my friends car. Some of these motors will build crank case pressure especially if they have heavy modifications. Good Luck.
