Default Service ABS/Traction Control

My service ABS/Traction control lights are lit. I can't pull codes through the DIC because that isn't working. Looking for suggestions on how to fix these issues.

you need to have the codes pulled to know what the problem is or its just a shot in the dark. many shops/dealers can pull ABS codes.. you can also get a ABS code reader or repair your DIC cluster problem/get a different cluster and swap it.

A starting point could be the contacts in your ignition switch, a new switch cleared all the codes in my 01.

I started mine up the other day and received ABS and Traction Control warnings. Based on some of the other threads on the forum I was instructed to pull the codes to determine which wheels were affected and check the harness at the hub. My code showed a front left problem. I pulled the wheel and checked the connector going into the hub, no problem. I followed the wire harness from the hub to the next connector at the chassis and found my problem. One of the wires was broken. I fixed the issue and no more codes.

I was getting the same message. Cleaned all 4 connectors at the wheel hubs and it hasn't come back in several months.

This could be your no cost "shot in the dark".

Yes, I was getting the message when making the hard right out of my garage quite frequently. Hasn't happened since I cleaned the connectors. Worth a shot.

mine done that but I was able to read my code.
it is a Rf speed sensor

Mine does not come on after a restart of the engine until it starts moving.
about 20 feet and the lights pop on.

I am pretty sure its a frayed wire
I have not been able to fix iy because of health problems
