Car won't start... stuck at work... please help....
I just pulled into work this morning and in the parking lot i did a short burnout for about 2 seconds (while moving) then i pulled into my parking spot. Well, i turned the car off... then realised i hadn't pulled up far enough (the car is lowered so i'm cautious of pulling up too close... i'm a new owner... :) ) So i got back in the car and went to pull it back up... but the car wouldn't even try to start (turn over)! The gages are fully functioning... i can put it into the accessory position and the gages move, but when i turn it to the crank position nothing happens! I also have the check engine light on. I'm not sure if it stays on until the car is started or not. I am not sure how to pull engine codes... so i'm not too sure what to do. BTW... my traction system was acting funny this morning... just turning on and off a few times without me touching hte button. Please Help!

Well, kinda obvious, but you never know. Did you fully depress the clutch or make certain that it's in park for an auto? (Do you have to put your foot on the brake for an auto, I never remember?)
To get the codes:
(1) Turn on the ignition
(2) Press the "reset" button
(3) Press and HOLD "options" and then press "fuel" four times within a 10 second period.
Then the DIC cycles through the code. You can use the buttons to cycle manually but I just do it without thinking which keys are what. The "H" codes are history, the others are current.

WannaBe TT!,
The link below instructs you as to how to pull codes.
Someone recently posted about a no start condition and they found that one of the battery cable connections at the battery was loose. You might want to check those connections to see if you can get her started and get yourself home. Being stuck at work is a no-no. :nono:

I checked my engine codes... and next to all of them are an H. I am pushing the clutch in all the way... and i'd imagine if the battery was disconnected the gages wouldn't work. Would it help if i posted the engine codes? Help!

Sure, post away, what have you to lose?
By the way, a classic symptom of a bad battery connection on any car is that you hear a clicking under the bonnet (usually the starter solenoid engaging) yet you have enough power for accessories.

Well, unless your fuel sensor code is because you've run out of petrol I'm not sure what else to add. Maybe you could get someone to give you a jump start just in case it is a bad battery?
If you're still covered by your warranty GM will send out roadside assistance or it's AAA time.
Sorry mate, I'm sure folks would come help you if they were closer by.
