Default Where do these hoses go?

Hey all, as I'm troubleshooting my idling problem I've found a possible vacuum problem and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where these hoses go. (Yes, I realize the engine bay is dirty, I just got the car and the previous owner did NOT keep it clean! ) . I know one hose goes to the airbox as you can see there is no hose hooked up to the airbox, it was lying underneath it (has elbow on the end that I'm assuming goes into the side of the airbox. please correct me if I'm wrong but I do not have a pic of that hose. The picture of the hose I've posted is on the driver's side, I'm taking the picture over the top of the engine facing towards the front of the vehicle. Couldn't find where this sucker goes!! It's coming out of the front of the radiator compartment it appears? Any help is much appreciated

Ah yes, looks like that has been removed from my car and tuned out. So this hose essentially has no function anymore correct?

If by "this", you mean the A.I.R. pump has been removed, then yes, it serves no purpose. Just be sure to close/plug the hole where it attaches to the air cleaner housing to keep dust/dirt, etc out.

looks to me like it is the vacuum line that connects to the air box. you can see in the pic the empty hole in the air box.

Turns out the hoses went to the air pump which was removed and tuned out prior to me owning it, meaning the hoses no longer have any function. I am now looking for a plug for the air box hole, any recommendations?

clean it off and use some extreme duty duct tape on both sides of the hole. http://www.racerstape.com/rtp.html

Check Home Despot, Loews, Ace Hardware for hole plugs. Maybe even your local favorite AP store.

I used an expandable rubber stopper from lowes I believe. Has a bolt running through the center you torque down to expand it. Look in the hobby/experiment bin.
