I am having problems with traction without using the brake. With Traction Control ON is spin the wheels about 10 feet. With it OFF I spin my wheels until 3rd gear - Yes I was showing off for a friend. I measured the skid makes and they were over 100 feet. My runcraps have 3000k miles on them and have good tread. I can spin the wheels while doing 35 and going wot also. I can launch slow but as soon as I go WOT the tires break lose for a sec or two. I think I may just burn these runcraps off and get some better gripping tires. I did not have this problem until I installed the Yank 3000. Any suggestions other than dont floor it will be appriciated.
Had the same problem, so bad the car would fish tail in first and second, and start to in 3rd, and I have a harder hitting converter. Needless to say it was the run flats. You can't do WOT off the line with a stall anyhow anything short of slicks, but with better street tires, I can now roll on the throttle, and hold WOT once I'm moving about 20-30MPH. Will make a huge difference once you get the crappy tires off. They didn't have them in my size, but try getting the G-force KDs. I have the Mich. Piot Sports.
Secondly, I noticed your power goals. Last weekend, I dynoed 325RWHP and 366RWTQ before the car learned the LS6 manifold. The intake before the learning still hot me 10HP and over 11RWTQ. LT headers will help you get there also.
