Default Is this vacuum line behind manifold?

I lost ability to control my vents over the summer (everything comes out through defroster) I was able to sneak my phone past the manifold and snap these pics.
Is this the vacuum line going into the elbow? (if so it looks ok to me)

And more of the elbow joint:

Have a look at this thread. Five or six posts in Bill posts a bunch of pics. Maybe it'll help.

Yes and that connection looks fine but there are several other places it could be broken or disconnected. You want to check the hoses around the vacuum reservoir. A vacuum tester will make life easier.

Anyone planning to mess with that connector should be aware that they are no longer available from GM. They also have two different opening sizes on the end, so off the shelf generic replacements won't fit. They can get a little brittle from the age and the heat.

I had to replace mine and finally got a hard plastic "L" shaped fitting from my Chevy dealer. i don't know where he sourced it , he just looked around for something that might work, but he gave it to me free, as a mercy act, I suppose. I then used some shrink fit tubing to attach it in place.

Set me back some time finding a solution. It's not like I run to the dealer first for parts, but they really helped me out. Same dealer that wanted 140 bucks for a spare key, so I never rush over for parts.

I tried gluing the elbow together, as temporary fix, but the safe for rubber glue I tried turned it into bubble gum . I don't know if it was age or material, but no stick. I kicked around this problem for a while.
