Considering 00 FRC to buy from Fla...with 15k miles on it.....I am in NJ...I ran Vin with dealer and said that battery, tire pressure sensor, vacumn hose repair, cig lighter repair done.....is this anything to be concerned over (Vacumn hose repair mean it was raced?)
Not sure what to tell you as far as a vaccum line replacement meaning racing. Tire pressure sensors go bad from time to time. I had one replaced on my car already. The miles are good. I would say run a carfax, and go for it.
HI there,
I would say your vacuum repair may have been under the battery tray, due to battery leakage, eating the vacuum line, away.
All that you have shown could be considered normal service.

Hi thanks for your reply....is this something that should deter me from the car considering the PCM/harnesses is under the battery tray(I think it is) and the seller never opened the wheel well to clean it up????? The battery leaked back in april....I am suppose to fly to Miami for it this week...but now hesitant to purchase it.....any advice would be great! I did see a post from JBsc5 on C5Forum about leaky battery and the mess it caused underneath......
