The HURST is in and .....
I know that I've read it many times before and I just had to say it out load for myself, this thing is AWESOME. :D L.A.P.D. put it in my hands the next morning (Thanks again!) and I put it in the Vette in about 2 hrs. My test drive took one time thru the gears and my cheeks raised up and won't go down. :) I was very concerned about the install, but with all of the info that was shared by others, it turned out to be nothing more than a lot of fun. I decided to leave the springs in that came installed and at this time, I think they are perfect for my driving needs. I've read that some guys have had trouble getting reverse, but this new Hurst gets it better than the stock unit ever did. This Corvette now shifts like a Corvette should and yes everybody was right, I should have done it sooner. We should all do it! Boy oh boy this mod stuff is fun. My heartfelt thanks to all of you that provided this documentation for others to use like this, as you guys are the true backbone of this forum. :cheers:
