Finally getting the Pfadt LT's
They did delete my facebook post on their page with a link, so at least SOMEONE from the company knows that this is here...I am optimistic that they will take the time to read through all of this and contact me on Monday. I hope that they contact you as well.
For both of our sakes, I want to turn this into a success story since their products are all consistently top notch other than what we have been working with, unfortunately.
I've replaced both knock sensors, as well as the harness.
I'm starting to wonder if it isn't actually knock. The headers on the passenger side were touching the starter at one point.
But the 0332 code is for low voltage? Can that be knock as well?
Oh, and something else I just thought about... If I run milled heads and a Cometic .040 gasket, I'll HAVE to either run a smaller 4.8/5.3 truck starter, or grind the hell out of the one I have.
I think it's safe to say that at this point... Yeah, there's a issue.

Do you have HPT so you can data log? If you do you can see the knock.
But that code being for low voltage speaks of a wiring issue.
You were going to trace it back to the PCM. Have you done that? Have you measured the voltage on both sensors so you can compare the two?
What should the voltage be at the pigtail ends? 5v?
I'll check continuity from the body harness side of the knock sensor plug to the PCM pins as well.
If need be, I'll either grab a truck starter (want the two long bolts anyway) or grind the starter I have.
Car was bone stock when I got it, but yeah, the wires leading to the starter were pretty hard / heat treated if that makes any sense.
Samewave (admin) is collecting names for Pfadt customers with issues: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c7-g...post1586259241
I would encourage everyone that has posted in this thread with their own personal experiences to check out that link and get in contact with Samewave.
Pfadt is going out of business.

It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the closing of Pfadt Race Engineering. Since 2006 we have manufactured the highest quality aftermarket components for Corvette, Camaro, and Cadillac right here in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since the addition of Pfadt power products to our extensive suspension line, sales have increased exponentially, which put us into a perpetual backorder. We have spent the past 4 months meeting with investors and venture capitalists trying to secure financing to push Pfadt to the next level and unfortunately the deals to be made were not in our company’s or employee’s best interest. Without a large investment we do not have the resources to meet the demand, which leaves us with no other option but closing our doors.
We would like to thank all of our employees who put their hearts and minds into this business to make it what it is today. We would like to thank our dealers who expertly installed our parts and helped us build our product line with their professional insight. Finally we would like to thank you, our customers. You helped us build a grassroots performance company in the United States. You pushed us to make bolder and better products year after year. You created the Pfadt Family - and that’s what we will miss the most.
We hope this is a minor speed bump on the long road ahead. Much like GM has experienced in the past, we are also experiencing a setback, but we will reorganize and resurface, faster and more streamlined than ever. We have taken care of all of our customers in this deal - you will receive a tracking number for your product or a full refund - and we are sorry for the delays, time lost and backorders many of you experienced. You were all so patient and understanding as we grew, and once again it’s a tribute to how solid the GM community is. We did everything in our power to take care of you and we appreciate the years you allowed us to be a part of your journey. It’s been an amazing ride.
Sincerely,
Aaron Pfadt

Makes me real unsure about my coilovers. If I have a problem with them, then what? Guess I'm screwed. Had wanted their sways as well. I had been working on a deal with Eric at Pfadt for my headers at a discounted price. Guess that is no longer available. Not sure what direction I'll go in now. What a shame. I just don't understand why they would have to close shop when the demand is so high for their products.
Maybe I'll post my elusive Pfadt headers for sale for like 10 grand and see if there's a rich person that wants them will buy
