Steering wheel squeak

Ok, I got the squeak! Exactly where should I lube the steering? I've seen several recommendations but nothing tells me exactly where the squeak comes from. Anyone know?

Mine only happens when it's cold out

Remove the windshield washer tank under the hood and you will have access to the steering shaft rubber grommet in the firewall. Spray some lube on it. That fixed my squeak.
