I came out to start my vehicle back up, it started but then died. As I proceeded to start it up again, nothing. Cranks over just fine but just won't fire up. The only codes my scanner picked up were p1514 and p0108. I checked the MAP sensor seems to be fine (back probed checked for proper signal,ground,5v.) Guess my next question would be, is there any way to test to see if the TAC is bad? After I check the other components that are hooked up to it? My vehicle is modded, tuned, was running fine. Though it did rain, not much but I been hearing about maybe the TAC can somehow mess up? (The TAC has been replaced before)
I have been having problems for 2 weeks that ended up being broken wires.
During my diagnosis I accidentally left the TAC unplugged and it still started but would hot go over 600-700 RPM but it did start,
Have you checked to see if the coil packs are firing the plugs? That is an easy one, ask wife to hold plug wire wire still plugged into the coil?
If you do not have to sleep in the car tonight it is not getting fire. LOL
Have you checked the engine fuse in the underhood fusebox?
A P1514 is acommon code for most modded cars beyond bolt ons. (HDS, CAM, LT HDRS)
The usual fix is in your tune It's the " Predicted Airflow Table"
When you reach a certain HP level that table if left stock will beome maxxed out so the ECM thinks something is wrong and tries to protect the engine----by going in a reduced power or "limp mode"
Simply go to the predicted aiflow table. ( in EFILIVE table C6101) and
ADD 25% to the entire table.
Chances are your air level was always really close to being maxxed out but because of some new mods or simply cooler weather you are now exceeding the stock numbers-----
Ok, I checked the ignition (spark) not a problem also all the fuses. I was thinking it could be the tune but I figured that it couldn't of just all of a sudden cause it to not fire up. Though before the rpm's would jump at stops/park sometimes stall while in reverse, not all the time but every once in awhile. Friend I bought it from said it probably was the tune. I bought another TAC (got it from a friend for cheap) So I'll be trying that. If this problem still persist, would you all suggest getting it checked out with HP tuners/EFILIVE?

*UPDATE*
Ended up being the TAC, replaced it and it started right up with no problems. So I bought some NeverWet spray. Going to waterproof the inside fenders hopefully repel most of the water and other liquids from the area. The tune is still a bit off, so going to get that fixed soon also. I appreciate all the replies!
