Default Nitro kit decision

I'm pretty much down to picking between two similarly priced, and ease of direct fit installation systems. looking for experience or recommendations.

Ive found the part numbers for both kits that are LS - drive by wire specific systems, with 90-92-102mm throttle plates for my FAST intake.

First is ZEX- 82195, found easily as a direct purchase or at Summitracing, or ebay etc.

Second is Nitrous Outlet- 00-10122-92 pretty easy to shop around for too as a direct purchase or from texasspeed, etc.

I think Zex is a brand of Comp Cams and has high quality. I've also heard good things about Nitrous Outlet, but it is a much less known brand.

I plan to install the 100-125 jets that the kits offer and run TR-6 plugs upon my own installation until I go in for a final tune. I have a set of LT headers on the way too and want this tuned in at the same time to lower cost.

I'm very happy with my Nitrous Outlet 90mm plate for the FAST manifolds. Along with my NANO kit, I get very consistent bottle pressure and hard hits.

Whats a NANO kit?

I like the sound of the Nitrous Outlet system because it has C5 specific hard lines that will look cleaner and more custom fit. But I found the Zex kit for 100 cheaper and free shipping.. both are great sounding kits..

Whats the average price to fill a 10lb tank? And where are some places you go to get it?

The NANO Kit, takes away the bottle heater. The NANO bottle is filled with high pressure air from a paint ball shop or a scuba tank shop. It compresses the Nitrous so you don't need a bottle heater. It's a lot more consistent. I use yo have a ZEX kit on my Lightning it was ok, not the greatest kit. I also had a Nitrous Express kit on my C5 Z06 then I switched to the Nitrous Outlet kit. I'm a lot happier with this kit. Plus it looks great on top of the Fast Manifold.

Allways had home made kits in the past.. this looks pretty sweet the hard lines are sexxy.. Altho i dont like the way the fuel line connects to the rail... they could have done something a little cleaner to attach them.. a U shaped AN fitting or somehthing.

Ya I think I'm sold on the Nitrous Outlet kit . It will look sweet on my FAST92 intake. Glad to hear the performance is good.

Yeah I say pull the trigger on that kit! Make sure you get a Wide band sensor for the added safety measure, just my two cents. Here's my current up. Sorry for the crappy iPhone pic.
