Hey LonestarFRC , I love your HOPE-NOSIS! I think I'm going to post a DOPE-NOSIS!
Has anyone any feedback on the SLP 1.85 rockers, for a 2004 C5 Z06, with or without a Head and Cam swap?
Thanks
From: Dear Karma, I have a list of people you missed.

Thanks. I think your idea is a good one, especially in Colorado and Washington states.

I personally have not seen any on those.
I would think you SHOULD however, be VERY mindful of PTV clearances if your were to use them with a cam swap. After all, pistons and valves should never be kissing cousins.

Thanks again
OE LS1s and 6s are 1.7, yes.
Personally I'd keep the ones you have now and upgrade the trunnions. Btw, Comp Cams is not the only company selling the trunnion upgrades for them. By that I'm referring to needle-bearing versions, and not CHE bushed versions.
You will be far more cost-effective paying attention to (and buying) good cam/head upgrades, and at the same time won't have to worry as much about PTV issues.
