Default Racelogic Traction Control

Just wondering if anyone has tried running a Racelogic TC system and if not, why? It's not like any factory TC, you can adjust the level of tire spin you want and on modified 300ZTT's they have been proven over and over to make the car faster both in the 1/4 and on a roadcourse. I've seen modified TT's pick up .5 in the quarter just by being able to control wheelspin with this system. With all the whining about no traction on modified C5's I'm surprised these aren't hugely popular. http://www.racelogic.co.uk/traction.htm

Good question. Looks like an interesting product but they don't have any US distributors. Perhaps one of our Supporting Vendors could get one to evaluate and become a US distributor. These are expensive so I wouldn't want to invest the money unless I knew for sure how well they work on a C5.

Actually they do have a US distributor, at least for the 300Z Ccommunity. He's in Florida, if I can remember who he is I'll ask him if there are any on C5's that he knows of. BTW the full system with launch control etc is (or was) actually about $1300, nobody ever buys that $2500 package.
