Just finished changing out the air injector, what a pain!!. I did remove
the intake. For your info in the future, the tools to loosen the bracket that holds the injector assby ,what worked for me after trying many tools was, Sears 3/8s drive, 3/8s to 1/4 adapter and 1/4 13mm socket and two hands one to feel the nut and the other to wrench. Also you will need a magnet retriever when you drop the wrench behind the engine. Also do not remove the nut, just loosen!!! These guys that design this stuff should be required to work this stuff out.
I modified mine to put the valve on the side of the motor like the drivers side.. its a pain in the *** for no reason.. they could have moved the valve there and made the pipe solid on the rear.. they guys who build them arent the guys who have to work on them and Engineers are silly silly people. they think very logically but not allways practical.
Did you check the Oil Pressure Sensor while you where in there?

Yea, I replaced the oil sender last spring, I used the non-removal of the intake method (no holes). Thanks!!
