If the MC seal is bad, does that mean it should be leaking out a lot? I haven't noticed any dripping.

My son had the sticking clutch pedal issue on his Z16, he flushed the master and it did not help. He replaced the master and all is good. One of the best Corvette techs in the southeast told us to always change the master before digging into the drivetrain. For about an hours worth of labor and $125 part, well worth the effort. If you need to do the clutch, you will change the master anyway, right?

Just an update on this, I swapped out the stock MC for a Tick and we bled the system, but I'm still getting the pedal sticking issues at WOT. What else could it be?

Yes, I believe it is. It seems to be more prone to stick from 3-4 than 1-2, and if you drive it around smooth for 10-15 min. before getting on it, it also seems a lot less likely to want to stick.
