I was going to send my ABS/ TC Module control out to get serviced because both ABS & TC lights come on. I ran the codes before I was going to take it apart. This is what I have showing and not sure if the module is bad. Can anyone point out if I still need to send it out or look else for the problem.
My errors come up most of the time when I first start the car, after it runs for a while (Up to tempurature), shut the car off and restart its good the rest of the time I'm driving with no errors.
28-TCS Codes: C1225 & C1226 Excessive wheel speed variation (Not sure what this is). C1243 BPMV Pump motor stalled.

Thanks for responding. I will check everything and clear the codes and see what happens.
In most cases it is NOT necessary to replace the hub when these codes are stored. Most often it is the wiring to/from the wheel speed sensor portion of the hub or the contact surfaces in the connector.
Remove the two front wheels and examine the wiring for the wheel speed sensors for damage. Separate the connector halves for the sensor to car connection and examine the connector contact surfaces for corrosion or deformation. Correct as needed. Clear all the codes, take the car for a spin and see what codes have come back when you return from your ride.
The pump motor stalled problem (C1243) can often be corrected without having to replace the pump.
Read the post by Bill Curlee ( #6) in the following thread. He quotes the shop manual on C1217 and C1243. May help you out.
Has the car been sitting for a long time or very low mileage. My 97 set for months before I bought it. It would throw the ABS/TRACTION CONTROL code every time I hit a big bump in the road. I cleaned the grounds and the more I drove it the less the codes popped up. Haven't had a code come back in the last 4 months.
